FOURTH WALL COMEDY WORKSHOPS

From 1986 to early 2009 Director and Fourth Wall Comedy Founder Dan Glaser was a full time performer and Assistant Director with Ad-Libs Improvisational Comedy Troupe. In addition to his years with Ad-Libs, Dan has appeared in numerous national commercials such as Wrigleys Gum, Pizza Hut, Texaco, Dr. Pepper, and McDonalds and with over 20 years of performing is one of the most experienced improv actors working today.

Many of his former students have continued in the field, joining groups such as The Groundlings, Acme Comedy Theater, and The Second City, some have gone on to appear on HBO, Showtime and The Last Comic Standing. Other students have even started their own successful comedy troupes.

Dan focuses on improvisational basics such as scene work, listening skills, and staying relaxed while responding in the moment and uses his own unique style to build skills naturally and organically through honest discovery and observation.
